Each image has a unique resolution, and not all files are suitable for large-format printing. Reviewing the chart before checkout ensures you choose a file that fits your intended print size — and helps avoid disappointment due to image limitations.

 

If you’re unsure whether a file will work for your needs, or you don not see the file size listed on the chart, don’t hesitate to reach out with questions before completing your purchase.

  • What is your refund policy?
    Once a digital photograph has been downloaded it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are experiencing difficulty with your product pleased contact us at wildreflections1@gmail.com for assistance.
  • If I did not receive my download what should I do?
    Contact us at wildreflections1@gmail.com asap with any transaction details and we will ensure you receive your file(s).
  • I can't download the file, now what?
    Download Link Not Working: Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your download link. Downloads are instant after purchase and available through your confirmation email. File Won’t Open: Make sure your device supports JPEG file types. Try opening the file on a computer or photo-viewing app if it doesn't load on your phone. For best results, save the file before opening or uploading it to a print service. *Links are only valid for 30 days from purchase. Contact us at wildreflections1@gmail.com asap with any transaction details and we will ensure you receive your file(s).
  • How do I print my downloaded image?
    Recommended Print & Framing Guidance To ensure the best results when printing your downloads: Print Quality: All images are high-resolution and suitable for professional printing. For best quality, we recommend printing at 300 DPI — you'll find suggested print sizes listed here: Frame Sizes & Cropping: These are artist-captured photos and may not fit into standard frame sizes (like 5x7 or 8x10) without cropping. To preserve the full image, we suggest: Custom framing or Printing on canvas, metal, or fine art paper with a mat that fits your frame. Professional Printing For best results, we recommend using a professional photo lab or high-quality online printer. Files are delivered as JPEGs, suitable for most lab uploads and commercial printing services.
  • What licenses do I receive with a purchase?
    All digital downloads from Wild Reflections Photography are licensed for personal use only. By purchasing and downloading this image, you agree to the following terms: ✅ You may print the image for your own personal display (e.g., home, office, gifts). ✅ You may use the image as a screensaver or digital wallpaper on your personal devices. 🚫 You may not use the image for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution, or marketing of any kind. 🚫 You may not upload the image to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Society6). 🚫 You may not alter, remix, or create derivative works for sale or distribution.
